Dr Mahmoud Alkholany is an interventional and Neuromodulation Pain and Anaesthesia

consultant based in Northwest of England. He has more than 15 years of experience in

his field. Dr Alkholany adopts a holistic approach to managing chronic pain conditions

placing in the centre patients’ quality of life and return to normal function as ultimate

goals , minding the complex nature of chronic pain being a multidimensional bio-psycho-

social disorder, employing a wide range of fluoroscopy and US guided interventional pain

procedures and pharmacologic management hand in hand with rehabilitation through

physiotherapy input as well as psychologic management whenever indicated to achieve

best results for his patients.

He has special interest in managing spine axial and radicular related pain as well as

musculoskeletal related pain arising from large joints and neuropathic pain conditions

in addition to special interest in Neuromodulation for various indications.
