Chronic Pelvic Pain

Chronic Pelvic pain is felt in the lower part of your stomach that lasts 6 months or longer.

It can be a symptom of a disease or a medical problem, or it can be a condition on its own. If your chronic pelvic pain is caused by a medical problem, treating that problem may be enough to eliminate your pain.

However, in many cases it's not possible to identify a cause for chronic pelvic pain or despite treating the medical condition sometimes the pain persists. In that case, we will treat you symptomatically to reduce your pain and improve your quality of life. This is the benefit of having a consultation with a pain specialist.

You may experience symptoms with varying intensity. These include sharp stabbing or burning pain, a dull heavy ache, twisting knotted cramping feeling or feeling of pressure. Pain that comes and goes. Pain related to activity.
